North Allegheny took the short trip to Pine-Richland Stadium to take on the Rams in a non-conference contest. The Tigers fell by a score of 67-0.
Pine-Richland had two touchdowns from Jay Timmons and Mac Miller each in the first quarter to jump out to a 27-0 lead. Timmons and Miller found the end zone again in the second quarter before Khalil Taylor joined the party to make the score 48-0. Alex Mestre made a 22-yard field goal to make the score 51-0 at halftime. The Rams were led by 223 passing yards from Oobi Strader, while Timmons and Taylor each went over 100 yards receiving. With the mercy rule in effect, the Rams found the end zone two more times in the second half to make the final score 67-0.
North Allegheny falls to 7-2 overall. Pine-Richland improves to 8-1. The Tigers finish the regular season next Friday when they travel to Seneca Valley to take on the Raiders at 7 p.m.
